Headbanging

Sawyer's latest escapade (cue Janet Jackson music) is headbanging. When you pick him up, he throws his head into your face. With a giant grin, of course. He also likes to pick up various toys and objects and hit himself in the face or head while saying, "Ow." But he doesn't stop. Yesterday he tried banging his head into the coffee table. Weird phase, huh? I tell him, "Don't do that! It hurts." And he just says "ow" and keeps going. I guess what can you expect from the child of a crazy athlete and a derby girl? He loves pain.

Appropriate 80s movie quote--name the movie.
"What do we love?"
"PAIN!"

  2. My mom said when I used to have temper tantrums, I would bang my head repeatedly against our wood floor. Manipulation at its best :)
