Recently I posted about getting a half-share from Rawfully Organic. So maybe I don't know what all the greens are. (Is there an app for that?) I have been cooking up a storm and eating fruits and veggies. Despite being called Rawfully Organic, you don't have to be a raw foodist to enjoy.
First up: Baked Kale Chips
Next: Focaccia with Arugula
here and brushed it with olive oil and garlic, plus salt and pepper. After it came out of the oven, I topped it with feta cheese and then arugula that I had squeezed lemon juice over. Seriously. I tried the arugula on top of pizza tonight, and that was also amazing. Who would have thought tossing a salad on top of pizza could be amazing? Not me. But it is.
